SIGN UPS

Tournament sign-ups are on a first come first serve basis. Regular Members (paid $125 to join) are welcome to sign up for any of the tournaments on our "Tournament Signup Page" by following these steps:

 

  1. Click on the name of the event you intend to register for
  2. Click the "Register Now" button on the page
  3. Click "New Registration"
  4. Type your name and click the auto-filled name
  5. Complete registration inputs

 

You DO NOT need a GGID to sign up for events. 
 

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

If your name does not populate in Step 4, either you have already registered for the event or you are an Associate Member (paid less than $125 to join). Please contact our Membership Chairman (Robert Shapiro) if you believe this is in error or if you want to upgrade your Associate Membership to a Regular Membership. Only Regular Members are allowed to participate in club events.

 

WAITLIST

RPGC tournaments generally sell out so it's essential that you keep a calendar of when registration opens for each event. Once a tournament has sold out, all new registrations will be put on the waitlist. Players near the top of the waitlist will usually get into the event once the 10-day withdrawal deadline approaches (as other players bail out). If you are promoted to the active roster from the waitlist, your credit card will automatically be charged. As such, it's important to remove yourself from the waitlist if you do not want to play because there will be no refunds if you are promoted from the waitlist within ten days of the WD deadline.

 

WITHDRAWALS

In order to get a full refund (less a $5.00 credit card fee), players must WD at least ten days prior to the event. Any WD's, for any reason, within ten days will not be refunded. No exceptions. The Tournament Chairman will ALWAYS send out an email to all registered players announcing the WD deadline, so you don't have to remember the date.

 

NO SHOWS

If you're not going to make your tee time, text the Tournament Chairman before your scheduled time. Failure to send notice will result in a $20 penalty that must be paid prior to playing in a future tournament. Additionally, your greens fees and skins payments will not be refunded for a no-show, regardless if you gave notice. Each subsequent no-show will be assessed a $50 fee.
